- Real estate
- We buy the business, the property, or both. Leased locations are considered.
- Size
- Single locations and small groups. We review a wide range of revenue levels.
- Condition
- Well-run stores and locations that need attention are both of interest.
- Geography
- Madison/Dane County and Janesville/Rock County first, then select Wisconsin markets.
- Timeline
- Ready now or years away. Early conversations are welcome.
