Buyer Network
Northland Qualified Buyer Network
Northland is the primary buyer. We also maintain relationships with legitimate operators and acquisition groups that may fit opportunities Northland chooses not to acquire directly.
How It Works
Seller Authorization Comes First
Northland never automatically sends a seller's identifying information to third-party buyers. If an opportunity is not the right fit for Northland, the owner may choose to discuss whether it should be privately introduced to a qualified acquisition partner.
- Applications are reviewed individually
- No deal flow is guaranteed
- Confidentiality expectations apply to every introduction
- Proof of capability may be requested
Agents, Brokers & Firms
We Work With Real Estate Agents and Brokers Every Week
A large share of what we look at each month comes from commercial agents, business brokers and brokerage firms across Wisconsin. We stay in regular contact with those relationships — sharing what we are actively buying, what we passed on and why, and taking a straight look at new deals as they come our way.
We are a direct buyer with our own capital, so we can give you a clear yes, no or range quickly instead of leaving a listing sitting. Commission arrangements are agreed in writing before anything moves forward, and we never go around an agent to reach their client.
- A real answer on a deal, usually within a few business days
- Your commission agreed up front and honored at closing
- Confidential review — we never contact your seller directly
- Regular updates on what we're buying so you know what to send
- Referral fees available where a deal isn't a listing
