We only send text messages to people who have specifically opted in. Texting is never required to use the platform or to get an answer from us.
In short
- Opt-in is separate and never pre-ticked.
- Consent to texts is never a condition of anything else.
- Reply STOP to end messages, HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- We do not send confidential deal detail by text.
Opting in
You opt in by ticking the text-message box and giving us your mobile number. We record the consent, the number, the wording shown and the time.
What we send
- Short updates about your enquiry or deal
- Reminders about an outstanding item
- Appointment or call confirmations
We do not send financial detail, documents or confidential information about a business by text.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly. Stopping texts does not affect email about your deal.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier.
