Marketplace Terms
The marketplace shows opportunities at the level of disclosure the owner has authorised. Anonymous visitors see a teaser; approved buyers see more, in stages.
In short
- Public teasers are deliberately anonymous — no business name, no address.
- More detail requires approval, and often a signed confidentiality agreement for that opportunity.
- Listings are not offers, and information is not warranted as complete.
- Owners authorise what appears; nothing is listed automatically.
What is shown publicly
Public listings show category, general region, broad banded figures and a short teaser. They do not show business name, exact address or identifying detail.
Getting further detail
- Create an account and apply to the buyer network
- Be approved by our team
- Sign the confidentiality agreement for the specific opportunity
- Complete verification where the opportunity requires it
Each step unlocks only the level of information the owner has authorised.
Listings are not offers
A listing is an invitation to discuss, not an offer to sell and not a warranty about the business. Figures shown are banded or approximate, may come from the owner, and may change. Buyers must carry out their own diligence.
Owner control
Nothing appears in the marketplace without the owner's authorisation, and an owner can ask us to withdraw or change what is shown.
Conduct
Scraping, credential sharing, republishing listing content and attempting to identify an anonymous business by improper means are all prohibited and can end your access.
