Seller Disclosure Authorization

Nothing identifying leaves our internal file without your say-so. This explains what you are authorising when you approve a disclosure, and how to withdraw it.

In short

  • Authorisation is always separate and never bundled into another agreement.
  • You choose the level of disclosure, and can limit it.
  • You can withdraw authorisation for future disclosures at any time.
  • We keep a record of exactly what you authorised and when.
  • Withdrawal cannot recall information already lawfully disclosed.

What you can authorise

  • An anonymous summary only — region and category, no identifying detail
  • Approved financial and operating information to a qualified, approved buyer
  • Access to a controlled data room for named approved buyers
  • Full identification of the business and its location

Each level is a separate decision.

Who may receive it

You can authorise disclosure to approved buyers, and to advisers, lenders, appraisers or consultants involved in evaluating the transaction. Recipients are subject to confidentiality obligations.

The record we keep

For each authorisation we record what was authorised, the level, any limits you set, the date, who gave it and how it was given. That record is available to you on request.

Withdrawing authorisation

You can withdraw an authorisation at any time and we will stop further disclosure. We cannot unsend information that has already been lawfully shared, though the recipient's confidentiality obligations continue.

No automatic disclosure

Contacting us, using the valuation tool, or filling in your portal does not authorise any disclosure. Authorisation is always a separate, deliberate step.
