Agent & Broker Portal Terms
Agents and brokers bring us deals. These terms cover what you are confirming when you submit one, how we handle it and how compensation is agreed.
In short
- You confirm you have authority to share what you submit.
- Submitting a deal does not create an agency or brokerage relationship with us.
- Any commission or fee is agreed in writing before we contact the seller.
- You can track the status of your submissions in your portal.
- We may already know a business you submit, and we keep our own records of first contact.
Our relationship
Submitting a deal does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, partnership or fee entitlement. Any such relationship must be in a separate signed agreement.
Compensation
Where we agree to pay a commission or fee, it is agreed in writing before we contact the seller, and it sets out the amount, the trigger and who pays it.
Deal registration and prior knowledge
We record when each submission arrives. We may already be in contact with a business you submit, or may have been introduced to it by someone else. We keep our own records and will tell you straight when that is the case.
How we handle submissions
- We review every submission
- We may ask for further information
- We give a straight answer rather than leaving it open indefinitely
- You can see the current status and our note in your portal
Information you submit is treated under our confidentiality and information-handling policy.
Conduct
Accounts are personal, credentials must not be shared, and submissions must not be fabricated, duplicated or used to obtain information about businesses you are not involved with.
